What is everyone doing at the mo?

Drinking a coffee. It's almost noon and I'm still in my pj's.
Gonna have to get ready. The sun is out. The weather is perfect. It's not disgustingly humid.
Perfect day for my weekly ride to the waterfront. Yay!

trying to get to the other side of the Bronx. It's taking forever. I have to get fingerprinted for work in order to be able to work with the mentally retarded clients at work. The office that does the fingerprinting in the Bronx isn't easily accessible by public transport. I had to beg my brother this morning to meet me half way and drive me. Otherwise I'd miss my 1:00 pm appointment!

Playing Vampires. I'm too unmotivated to write (and don't need to yet anyway) to do much else.

I'm playing on the computer waiting for zombie and brittany to show up at my house. I'm thinking after I finsih posting here I'm going to go talk to my neighbor since she is outside until they get here.

Loafing around in front of my parents' building with my brother who's also off from work. We look like a pair bums. Yep. LOL

Just resubmitted materials for my grad school application. They didn't receive my email on Friday. Yeah, they have issues.

Going to start looking up job postings on Monster and Career Builder.

^^ Great minds think alike, girl -- I'm job hunting too. Found a position to apply for on craigslist. Got all psyched when I saw "studio manager". I work at an art gallery now, so this sounded like a step up. Nope -- it's for a photo portrait studio at Wal-Mart.

Checked the state gov. site; they need a Museum Curator, but that's in New Bern. Two and a half hours from here. But near the shore... if we were renting here, and could just pick up and go, that would have been a good idea.

Trying hard not to kick in my computer's monitor. Monster.com keeps doing wierd stuff tonite and it's p!ssing me off.

I was just "networking" with a former coworker. I'm with my bro now, we're eventually going to the beach.

Drinking the last of my chicory coffee (need to order more from New Orleans very, very soon, as I am addicted) then going to dye my hair, edit photos & have a Pink Floyd-over-the-rainbow sort of day

I think I'm being forced to go out to eat. I'm still very moody from yesterday and I've had cramps all morning so I've just been in bed. I told my mom several times I don't really want to go out to eat with good friends of the family anymore because I've lost a lot of interest being around them. Also considering one of those people were my best friend. Now I look at what they do and say and I think they are rude and self absorbed. Yes I still talk to them because they have nice qualities but I don't like being stuck there. So my mom huffs and puffs and runs out of the house. I'm probably going to have to go soon but at least I can try to make other plans.

Sitting in front of my laptop, loafing. In a bit I'll write that cover letter for that resume I should have submitted thid morning. I am the queen of procrastination.
