Day 4 without coffee. My stomach felt like it was boiling, which is a sign that I have been over doing it. The first morning sucked, but it's gotten better and so has my stomach

The Mr. and I are such an old couple. We're getting physicals early tomorrow morning together.

We should be going to work after our doctor's visit, but instead we're going to be irresponsible teenagers and play hooky instead. Maybe we'll catch a movie or do some shopping.

Woman tries out for NFL.

Would love to take the woman who tried out for the NFL this weekend seriously, but something in that article tells me she was just being an attention whore. "Silberman has never been on a football team. She played club soccer at the university of Wisconsin-Madison and went to grad school at MIT. She only started kicking footballs as a hobby a few months ago."

Gym tomorrow, sad enough I'm so bored I'm looking forward to going to the place I pay to let me lift heavy things pretend to ride a bike and walk in place.

I've been informed that I will be in charge of maintaining our relevance/presence on the following, for the spa where I work:

And I'm meant to do this while doing my job, not in additional hours outside it, or for increased pay... but that's another story. Anyway, here's my question: How much of this is actually useful? Wouldn't it be preferable to streamline our social media marketing instead of being everywhere at once, over and over again?

^^Actually you kinda need it all. It's all part of communications for their business. But it isn't fair that they are making you be in charge of communcations and a completely seperate job. You need to tell them that things need to be segmented unless they would like to personally pay for a public relations office to do it for them.

I would think its all needed but at veried levels, again this is just me and I could be wrong.

Good lord, that sounds exhausting! You work at a spa, what the hell would you post on Pinterest? And Instagram? Really? Do these people not know what they're doing?

Facebook, Twitter and company's blog and website, I think those are justified. Yelp you really won't need to do much with, just update company's profile and monitor reviews.

As for the others, I don't know. I think you could just copy and paste. That's what I would do. Can you tell I'm lazy?
